Symptoms
On OTM version 6.2.1 when attempting to drag a Shipment onto an empty appointment the following error occurs.

Appointment for SHIPMENT xxx/xxx.12345 can not be rescheduled due to HAS CONFLICT WITH EXISTING OR STANDING APPOINTMENT RESERVED FOR OTHERS [[ACTIVE] ExecuteThread: '2' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)']

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create shipment.
2. Attempt to drag and drop into open slot.
