Symptoms

The Purchase Order Distribution form shows end dated expenditure organizations in the list of values(LOV).
 
Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to Purchase Orders > Purchase Orders.
2. Enter the Purchase Order header and line information and then go to distribution.
3. PO Distribution Expenditure Org lov displays and allows to select end dated expenditure organizations .
4. However while trying  to Approve, the following error message comes up:

Same issue may occur in Requisition and Release form.
