'View Removed' Tab In OCO Does Not Display Inactive Party Site After Party Merge (Doc ID 1368065.1)

Symptoms


In R12.0.4, after perform party address merge in Customers Online Data Librarian (ODL), the 'View Removed' address does not display any address when viewing the party.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Merge party addresses
-Customers Online Superuser or Data Librarian Superuser, N: Data Quality tab
-In the Create Request field, select option 'Registry ID' from the dropdown list and click Go
-Enter the Registry ID/Party Number and click Finish
-Click the 'Map' icon on the merge request
-Choose the addresses you wish to merge
-Click the Merge button
-In the Merge Duplicate Address page, select the Merge To address and click Apply
-Click Next
-Click Finish

2)
-Customers Online Superuser Responsibility, N: Customers tab
-Query for the same party whose address has been merged above
-Select the Addresses link on the side navigation
-Click on 'View Removed' tab. No addresses displayed.
