On : 12.1.3 version, Inventory Costing
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
------------------------
Newly created items in Average Organization BSP, do not have item costs created for Average rates, but for Frozen.
The Primary Org (AGL) uses Standard Costing, whereas the Inventory Org (BSP) uses the Average Costing.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
--------------------------
Expect to find costs for Average rates
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create new item in BSP (Inv Org).
2. Check the Item cost in Item Costs form and find only Frozen cost.
