Install Base is not Getting Interfaced for a Sales Order Quantity greater than One (Doc ID 1368160.1)

ORA-01086: savepoint 'ONE' never established
ORA-01086: savepoint 'ORDER_FULFILLMENT' never established
ORA-06512: at "APPS.CSI_ORDER_FULFILL_PUB"

Symptoms

Install Base is not getting interfaced for an order quantity greater than 1. The following error occurs in the transaction error processing form:


ERROR
ORA-01086: savepoint 'ONE' never established
ORA-01086: savepoint 'ORDER_FULFILLMENT' never established
ORA-06512: at "APPS.CSI_ORDER_FULFILL_PUB", line 9419
ORA-06510: PL/SQL: unhandled user-defined exception


STEPS
1. Order Management Super User> Sales Order
2. Create Sales Order with Quantity > 1. Book the order.
3. Click On Installation Details to verify transaction Source Information. User can see multiple Transaction Line Details.
4. Once the order get fulfilled/closed, open Oracle Installed Base User to see the instances. User can see only one instance created.
5. Navigate to Oracle Installed Base Admin > Transaction Errors Processing.
6. User can see the error.
