Goal

Purchase orders (PO)'s were approved and processed where the buyer entered an incorrect email address during submitting the PO for approval. The workflow for the PO has been completed but this non-delivered email continuously gets sent to the Exchange Email Server for retry. How can we address these spurious email notifications?
