FRM-40654 Error On PO AutoCreated From iProcurement Requisition (Doc ID 1368786.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to autocreate a Purchase Order (PO) from an iProcurement requisitions or when trying to update the details in the purchase order line that is autocreated from an iProcurement requisition the following error occurs.

FRM-40654: Record has been updated. Requery block to see change.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create a Requisition in iProcurement and approve it .
2. In Core Purchasing navigate to Autocreate -> try to create the PO for above requisition . It gets the error: 'FRM-40654 Record has been changed, requery'.

or...

1. Go to Oracle Purchasing
2. Query a Purchase Order which is autocreated from iProcurement Requisition
3. Update PO Line item, such as Item Price, Quantity
3. At this moment the following error is displayed:

FRM-40654: Record has been updated. Requery block to see change.
