Newly Created Credit Cards Getting Same Priority as Existing Ones (Doc ID 1368838.1)

Symptoms


When adding a new credit card for a customer that already has a card attached, the new credit card is being created with the same priority as the first one.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Enter customer in contact center
2. Go to Tools and use pay & delivery option
3. Go to headers for payments instrument- credit card- click on create credit card
    Enter credit card numbers; brand, expiration date etc and click apply.

Credit card got created by priority 1.

4. Now click create again to create one more card and enter again credit card numbers, brand, expiration date etc and click apply.

You get message as error MESSAGE
Exception in call to IBY_CREDITCRAD_PKG.update_card.java.sql.exception

Hence it will not create second card.

Now try to add card-
When you click ADD to create card, then choose list of values to add Credit Card gets created with Priority 1.
