Symptoms

When attempting to run GLSIMS module: Program - Incremental Add/Delete Summary Templates, after having added new parent values, the following error occurs.

ERROR

SHRD0018: Oracle database error trapped at function: glsiuf() - label: sqlerr_glsiuf
SHRD0043: ERROR: ORA-01407: cannot update ("GL"."GL_ACCOUNT_HIERARCHIES"."SUMMARY_CODE_


STEPS
-----------------------
1. create new parent values for one segment of the accounting flexfield
2. run Program - Maintain Summary Templates
3. run Program - Incremental Add/Delete Summary Templates
