After upgrading from 12.0.6 to 12.1.3, some customers cannot be searched via the AR Customers Search screen although the same customer can be found via Customers Online Data Librarian (ODL) responsibility.
For example, customer name 'NEC Corporation', account #30333, appears in Oracle Customers Online Data Librarian but does not appear in Customers Search screen in AR or Trading Community responsibility.
The customer and all customer sites are active.
