Customer Form, Search Issue: Cannot Search Some Customers in Customer Form, But They Appear in Customers Online (Doc ID 1368976.1)

Some customers cannot be searched via the Customers Search screen (Receivables Responsibility) although the same customer can be found via Customers Online Data Librarian (ODL) responsibility.

For example, a customer appears in Oracle Customers Online Data Librarian but does not appear in Customers Search screen in AR(Receivables) or Trading Community responsibility.

The customer and all customer sites are active.
