ORA-01403 No Data Forund on Install Base Tab in Contact Center

Found that in Contact Center, when attempting to click the details button on the Installed Base tab, the following error occurs.
"ORA-01403 NO DATA FOUND"
No error is expected on the form
Steps to Reproduce
a. (R) Teleservice
(N) Contact Center
b. Retrieve Customer record > Install Base tab > Select the record to view.
c. Click on Details (B) this leads to the Error
d. Click on OK (B)
Instance details will display with extended attributes missing.
If the Instance Number is numeric all is OK.
But here there are no restriction to filter non numeric values.
