Test Child Object Not Accessible from Player Outline (No Link) (Doc ID 1369231.1)

Last updated on FEBRUARY 15, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle Learning Management - Version 12 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

If a (parent) learner object LO (Tracking Type: SCORM 1.2) has a child test object TO defined, this test object is not accessible from the outline pane in the OLM Player.

- (folder) F
-- (learning object) LO
--- (test object) TO

There is no link for TO.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create a SCORM 1.2 learning object (e.g. the SCORM Tracking Learning Object Example from <Note:373734.1>)

2. Create a test child object for this parent learning object (e.g. Assessment Type: Test)

3. Base an offering / online class on the parent object

4. Play the online class and try to access the child test object from the outline
