Personalize To Add Start Date Field To OCO Person Profile Page But Cannot Update It (Doc ID 1369272.1)

In R12.1.3, item created through framework personalization is not updating the column in the table.
This issue is only happening when adding a field to the Profile page of a contact in Oracle Customers Online (OCO).

Steps to Reproduce:

1) Set all personalization profile options

-Log into Oracle Customer Online Superuser
-Query a person party and switch to relationship from LOV
-Select Profile in the navigator
-Scroll down to the bottom and view Purpose region
-Click Personalize link
-In Personalization page, click on Create Item
-Select Item style: Message text Input from LOV
-Enter ID = Start_Date, Data Type = DATE, Length =10, Prompt = Start Date, View Attribute = Attribute1, View Instance = HzPuiOrgContactRolesVO
-Click Apply

2) Navigate to Purpose region

3) Enter a date into the Start Date field and save. Nothing gets saved to the table.
