Goal

This document aims to show the set-up and configuration of Oracle Email Center with Auto Creation of Service Requests and the use of the Email Parser option.

Please note before adding Email Parsing to your implementation the instance must be configured for Email Center and have Auto-Create of Service Requests configured.
