Should Give Warning Message If Character Limit Is Exceeded & Prevent Proceeding In Isupport (Doc ID 1369976.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.2 version, Service Request

When attempting to create new SR , Input Problem Deatils, more than 64K and submit it.
the following error occurs.

Error

java.sql.SQLException:inserted value too large for column :"**Problem Details......"


Expected Behavior

It should pop up some warning message to prompt users if exceeding character limit and forbid proceeding.

Steps to Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to iSupport ->iSupport Business User->Home
2. Find a SR or create a new SR.
3. Input Notes, more than 64K and submit it.
