Install Base Records Are Not Displayed Under Order Tracker 'My Products' Tab (Doc ID 1369979.1)

Symptoms


In iStore 12.1.1, placed an order.
In Order tracker 'My Products' tab, trying to find the items of this order for Install base.
Search with Order Number, do not return the details.

Profile , 'IBE: Enable Install Base View.' is set to YES.

The same order number can be seen through Installed Base UI in Services.

Due to this, users cannot place order with Install Base items.
