Symptoms
Bank accounts with no Account owners and assignments.
Steps to reproduce:
As of now the issue is not reproducible at will on our Internal Instance.
If users are able to reproduce the issue at will, then log a Service Request(SR) with Oracle Support with complete Reproducible Testcase.
