Document Approval Error - APP-PO-14142: Wf_ERROR-000: ORA-0000 (Doc ID 1371354.1)

Symptoms

Upon creating a new Requisition or Purchase Order, and then trying to submit it for Approval, the following error presents instead:

APP-PO-14142: WF_Error-000: ORA-0000 normal, successful completion

Cause: A SQL error hass occurred in WF_Error.
The SQL error is ORA:0000: normal, successful completion.

Action: Take note of both this error number and the actions you were trying to perform.  Contact your system administrator for further assistance.
