R12/AP: APMACR Mass Additions Create Process Does Not Transfer Miscellaneous Line (Doc ID 1371422.1)

Symptoms

The Mass Additions Create Process (APMACR) does not transfer Miscellaneous lines from Payables (AP) to Fixed Assets (FA). The normal process ends, but no records are transferred to FA.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create invoice with one Miscellaneous line.
2. The following conditions must be fulfilled:

AP_INVOICE_DISTRIBUTIONS_ALL.assets_addition_flag = U
AP_INVOICE_DISTRIBUTIONS_ALL.assets_tracking_flag = Y
AP_INVOICE_DISTRIBUTIONS_ALL.posted_flag = Y

3. Run Mass Additions Create Process (APMACR)
