Symptoms

When trying to submit the Account Analysis 132 or 180 reports,
the following error is encountered when accessing the parameters form in the Standard Report Submission

ERROR
APP-FND-00798 invalid reference GL_SRS_BALANCE_TYPE in value set
attached to segment Budget or Encumbrance Name

Please check the WHERE clauses of your table validated value sets.
