R12: PAXBUEBU: Difference Between the Draft and Current Totals After Baselining the Budget (Doc ID 1371612.1)

Symptoms

After baselining a budget, the 'Draft' and 'Current' totals are different. For example, on the budget form for project A, for the Approved Cost Budget type in the status of 'Working,' the 'Raw Cost' and 'Burdened Cost' amount for the 'Draft' and 'Current' lines appear as follows:

              Raw Cost    Burdened Cost
    Draft  477,051.00  477051.00
Current  421,051.00  421,051.00

The 'Draft' and 'Current' lines should be the same.
