Customer Form, Sites Error: Adding a Site to An Existing Account Raises Error: ORA-04063: package body "APPS.HZ_PARTY_SEARCH" has errors (Doc ID 1371709.1)

Symptoms

When trying to add a new site to an existing customer, you cannot save the record. When you add the site (with any business purpose), when you click on finish, the following error is raised:

Error Page You have encountered an unexpected error.  Please contact the System Administrator for assistance.

You enable Diagnostics as follows: 

FND: Diagnostics at the Responsibility level = YES
Bounce the Apache Server

This time you will see exception details, which show the following errors:

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: java.sql.SQLException:
ORA-04063: package body "APPS.HZ_PARTY_SEARCH" has errors
ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called: "APPS.HZ_PARTY_SEARCH"
ORA-06512: at "APPS.HZ_PARTY_SEARCH_W", line 4845
ORA-06512: at line 1
