IBU_UNEXCEPTED_EXCEPTION When Trying To Modify Contact Address In Isupport

On : 12.1.2 version, User Management
When attempting to modify the contact address in iSupport if it's chosen in contact center. The following error occurs when trying to save the change
the following error occurs.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a new contact “test eetc” for some customer using contact center
2. Create an iSupport user “email@example.com” , and link to “test eetc”.
Add a role for the iSupport user.
Path: CRM HTML Administration >> Setup >> Users >> Registration >> User Maintenance
3. Login iSupport as firstname.lastname@example.org.
Click Profile link.
Click Addresses option
Click Update icon
Update Address region
4. Enter “test123456” in Address Line 2 field.
Hit Save button, then an exception occurs.
