INVICITM: List Of Values Contains No Entries In Customer Address When Creating Customer Item For Address (Doc ID 1371884.1)

When attempting to add a new customer item with address in the Customer Items Summary Form (INVICITM.fmb), the following error occurs when clicking in the Address field to evoke the LOV.

FRM-41830: List of Values Contains no entries.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation: Inventory / items / Customer Items / Customer Items / New
2. Enter Organization, Customer name, and Customer Item
3. Click Address Radio Button, Address becomes a required field, Click in Address LOV
4. Error displays.
