When auto-creating an award from a requisition, you are unable to select a user for the Contracting Officer field. The only value in the Contracting Officer lookup that populates is the Buyer/Owner of the Award.

2. (N) -> Buyer Work Center -> Requisitions

3. AutoCreate Award from Requisition using Document Builder
