Symptoms

When trying to process transactions via the Transaction Open Interface (mtl_transactions_interface), the following error occurs.
Error Code: The source project information is invalid.

The project is valid, and the project is Active and allows cross charges.

Steps.
1. Populate mtl_transactions_interface for project transactions.
2. Run Material transaction manager
