In WMS Receive Error RVTII-060 When Attempting To Perform PO Return of Dual Unit Of Measure Item (Doc ID 1372850.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Warehouse Management, when users perform a Return transaction for a Dual Unit of measure (UOM) Item, the transaction fails with the following error

ERROR

Rvtptcontrol failed
RVTII-060: Subroutine INV_TXN_MANAGER_PUB.process_transactions() returned error
Cause: Subroutine INV_TXN_MANAGER_PUB.process_transactions() returned an internal error

RVTVT-065: Subroutine afdname () returned error
Cause: Subroutne afdname() returned an internal error

Action: note this error number and the actions you are trying to perform.
|FAILED TO PACK/UNPACK ITEM|THE ITEM WAS NOT FOUND AT THE SPECIFIED LOCATION.

STEPS
=====

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Create a Dual uom item, item XYZ with defaulting as No Default, Primary uom as "Carton", secondary uom as "Ea".
2) Define the uom conversation as 1 Carton=9 Ea.
3) Create a  Inspection required PO for Item XYZ with primary quantity as 85 and secondary quantity as 765.
4) Save it and approve it.
5) Receive the PO through mobile in an LPN A. with primary quantity = 85 and secondary quantity  = 765
6) Inspect the items in an LPN A. Accept 0 and reject 85 quantity.
7) Perform putaway of the LPN through mobile into a LPN Controlled  subinventory.                         
8) Navigate to Returns forms and then try to return the item which was delivered into inventory through LPN A.
9) Receive error.
