iStore Direct Item Entry - This item is not orderable (Doc ID 1372903.1)

Symptoms

--Problem

Prior to applying Patch 12820999  if a user attempts to add items to cart via Direct Item Entry and the item is not available for order the following message was returned:
 "Line X: Invalid Item number or Item not set up for purchase through this store"

After application of Patch 12820999  if a user attempts to add items to cart via Direct Item Entry and the item is not available for order the following message is returned
 "This item is not orderable"

Now the user is unable to see which is the incorrect item resulting in frustration as they don’t know which line to delete and can’t process the order.

-Steps

1. Using Direct Item Entry
2. Add items to cart
3. Message appears - "This item is not orderable"
