Symptoms

When attempting to run Planning Auto Schedule request, the following error occurs.

 ERROR at line 1:
ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("PO"."CHV_ITEM_ORDERS"."PURCHASING_UNIT_OF_MEASURE")
ORA-06512: at "APPS.CHV_BUILD_SCHEDULES", line 1206
ORA-06512: at line 1

Due to this issue, users cannot send the Schedules to Supplier who is accessing iSupplier portal.

Steps to reproduce:

 1. Responsibility: Supplier Scheduling

2. Run the Push Plan Information in destination instance

3. Run the Planning Auto schedule request

Request completes with error.
