Symptoms
On : 12.1.1 version, Transaction Entry
When attempting to save the sales order, the following error occurs.

Note: XLE call raised Error.
Note: User-Defined Exception in Package OM_TAX_UTIL Procedure tax line.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. OM Responsibility--> Orders/ Return
2. Sales Order Screen.
3. Enter the header info then click in the lines.
4. Enter an item number, Qty, then save.
5. Error Occurs
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Users cannot save sales order.
