Customer Address Blank If Entering Customer Field Manually In Create Contact Window (Doc ID 1374045.1)

Actual Behavior

Customer Address is blank if entering customer field manually in create contact window, but it's OK when selecting a customer using LOV.

Steps to Reproduce

(R) Customer Support

(N) Customer management >> Contact Center
     Hit Create Contact button
     Input customer name
     Press Enter on keyboard. The mouse focuses to next item, so the description flexfield is populated
     Click OK button in the window, then Address is blank
