BI Publisher Not Saving Data Models

Symptoms
BI Publisher Not Saving Data Models. Have a small Data Model with about 15 linked Data Sets in it. There is one Data Set that has not been linked to the others. In this state, it saves. But, as soon as the Link is added to another Data Set (either via Drag-and-Drop or the options on the Element), the Save button no longer works, nor will the Save As function. Anything done from that point on in the Data Model will not be saved in the system. As soon as that Link with the Data Set is removed, it works again and can be Saved.
Already applied the OCTOBER 2011 UPDATE <Patch:13042018>, but the problem persists.
