Last updated on SEPTEMBER 06, 2016

Applies to:

Oracle Procurement Contracts - Version 12.1.3 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

On : 12.1.3 version, Terms Library

After a contract is downloaded for review the MS 2003 Word document displays the following "##ARTICLEWML##" instead of the contract clause text.
If the download option .rtf is selected instead, the contract clauses will display the clause data correctly.

Expect to see the clause data with correct variable names in the downloaded document.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create clauses.
2. Create contract template, attached clauses to template.
3. Create quote>save.
4. Select contract template from #2, and save.
5. Go to Action button> Download Contract.
6. Save to local drive.
7. Open .xml document in MS Word.
8. See ##ARTICLEWML## tags instead of clause text.
