Employee PTO Accrual Not Showing The Correct Balance (Doc ID 1374947.1)

Symptoms


An absence against an employee is not being included in the Accrual screen


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Employee is on a PTO plan
2. enter an absence of 16 hours
3. query the accrual and see the absence element listed in 'Entitlement Details' but with 0 hours
