Symptoms

Program - Publish FSG Report (RGFSGXML)  completes with warning.

Log file indicates the following:

Beginning post-processing of request 927745 on node xxxx at 22-OCT-2011 12:14:34.
Post-processing of request 927745 failed at 22-OCT-2011 12:14:35 with the error message:
One or more post-processing actions failed. Consult the OPP service log for details.
