Connection Lost Error When Performing An Account Alias Or Miscellaneous Issue Using Mobile

On : 12.1.3 version, Inbound Processing

Find that connection is lost after entering Organization and Item when doing Account Alias or Miscellaneous issue from Mobile. The error on screen is Connection Lost.

Expect not to be disconnected.
