Symptoms

Unable to run  PO Output for communication  for one specific PO.
 
The Log File shows the following error:

 PoPDFExceptionoracle.apps.po.communicate.PoPDFException: PO_PDF_XML_FAILED

FND Debug shows
po.plsql.PO_COMMUNICATION_PVT.POXMLGEN ORA-31011: XML parsing failed
