Required Check Box Value Not Updatable In Offers Performance Screen (Doc ID 1375343.1)

Symptoms

STEPS :
a) Go to Offers --> Accrual Offer Details --> Performancer Cue Card
b) had a performance line with required check box unselected.
c) Now check the required check box and updated
--->The required flag check box got updated
d) Now uncheck the required check box and updated
---- > After changes are saved, the check box is still selected where as the required flag should be unchecked.
