Difference in event dates by 'View Events' and 'Track & Trace' in OTM

Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When 'Viewing Events' for a shipment via the smartlinks or via the actions menu the event date/times that are shown for events in the 'Shipment Event History' that are not against a location display with UTC time. Events that are against a location show the correct event date/time (offset with timezone value, AEST). When viewing 'Track and Trace' all event/date times show correctly offset with the AEST timezone.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The events in the 'Shipment Event History' that are not against a location display should show with the user preference time zone value AEST in the View Events screen of shipment management
