R12 PAIGEN Fails With "Invoice format is missing" Error When Funding At Top Task (Doc ID 1375393.1)

Symptoms

PRC: Generate Draft Invoice for a Single Project (PAIGEN_SINGLE)  fails with the following error:
 Invoice format is missing


This issue can occur with the following setup in place:

  • Project Type allows funding at "Top Task" or "Both"
  • Invoice format for Labor costs is grouped at top task level
  • Invoice format for Non-labor costs is grouped at any other level (not top task)
