How Can Page 'Update Tax Registration Details' Be Made 'Read Only' (Doc ID 1376024.1)

Goal

Under menu AP_NAVIGATE_INQUIRY_GUI12 find function 'View Suppliers' -
under which expected all supplier details to be view only.
But page 'Tax Details' still contains <SAVE> button, which can be hidden by personalization.
Yet the subsequent page 'Update Tax Registration Details' also has a <SAVE> button rendered, but no possibility to personalize page.
