The Root Category Is Not Showing Up When Creating Categories Hierarchy (Doc ID 1376127.1)

Goal


Trying to create the first Browsing Category in the category  hierarchy  and Root Category is not displaying.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to iProcurement Catalog Administration responsibility > Schema > Category Hierarchy
2. No Root Category is displaying
3. Click Create Top Level Category
4. Save
5. No Root Category is displayed
