Error "Value Too Long For Field Phone_No" In Escalations (Doc ID 1376969.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.2 version, Service Request Form

When attempting to Request Escalation of an SR, the following error occurs.

FRM--04831: Truncation occurred: value too long for field PHONE_NO


Steps to Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Find or create an employee, then modify his email (It’s better enter a long one). Path: HR Foundation >> People >> Enter and Maintain
2. Find a SR or create a new SR. (Path: Customer Support >> Service Requests)
3. Click the menu in the toolbar: toos1 >> request escalation.
4. Select above employee (from #1) in Contacts tab, then error occurs.
