Symptoms

When entering a new claim and line user is unable to select the appropriate product/order line for the referenced transaction. Nothing shows up in the query results making the completion of the claim impossible.

Navigate to claims using Oracle Trade Management User
1. Create Claim Header
2. Create Claim Lines
3. Select Order, Order #, Product, Line#/Product
4. Unable to select Line#/Product

or

1. Create Claim Header
2. Create Claim Lines
3. Select Invoice, Invoice #, Product, Line#/Product
4. Unable to select Line#/Product
