IBY_FD_PAYMENT_FORMAT

In Format Payment Instructions (IBY_FD_PAYMENT_FORMAT) or Build Payments (IBYBUILD) from PPR process, the following error is seen in the log file:

java.io.IOException: Could not open wallet. java.io.FileNotFoundException: /... path .../cwallet.sso (No such file or directory)
