Symptoms
A retroactive Absence purge event is not detected by Retropay process.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to HRMS Manager responsibility
2. Go to employee absence screen and purge the absence already applied.
3. Run the Retropay process.
