Symptoms

When attempting to approve a release against a blanket purchase agreement the following error occurs:

Under Terms the Minimum Release is set to 0.00, while the release amount is greater than 0.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Purchase Orders > Releases.
2. Query up the blanket purchase agreement and the release.
3. When choosing Approve the above mentioned error occurs.
