WSCMTM: Cannot Execute Binary (Doc ID 1377875.1)

Goal

For the past 2 months we have had reconcile issues with inventory and GL.
The problem potentially is isolated to this binary file that is not executable. This happens when I launch the lot move transaction manager out of inventory. I have not been able to successfully run this.

/ora_sprd/applmgr/prodappl/wsm/11.5.0/bin/WSCMTM: /ora_sprd/applmgr/prodappl/wsm/11.5.0/bin/WSCMTM: cannot execute binary file
/ora_sprd/applmgr/prodappl/wsm/11.5.0/bin/WSCMTM
Program exited with status 126

Launching Lot move transaction manager give the above error.

This started happening after migration from Solaris to Linux about 2 months ago.
