Goal

When applying a patch the following error occurs :-


Uploading from the data file ...apps_st/appl/ibw/12.0.0/patch/115/import/US/ibwpage.ldt
Altering database NLS_LANGUAGE environment to AMERICAN
Dump from LCT/LDT files (...apps_st/appl/ibw/12.0.0/patch/115/import/ibwpg.lct(120.3), ....apps_st/appl/ibw/12.0.0/patch/115/import/US/ibwpage.ldt) to stage tables
Dump LCT file .../apps_st/appl/ibw/12.0.0/patch/115/import/ibwpg.lct(120.3) into FND_SEED_STAGE_CONFIG
Dump LDT file .../apps_st/appl/ibw/12.0.0/patch/115/import/US/ibwpage.ldt into FND_SEED_STAGE_ENTITY
Dumped the batch (IBW_PAGES 56 , IBW_PAGES 169 ) into FND_SEED_STAGE_ENTITY
Upload from stage tables
Error loading seed data for IBW_PAGES: PAGE_ID = 56, ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called
Error loading seed data for IBW_PAGES: PAGE_ID = 57, ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called
Error loading seed data for IBW_PAGES: PAGE_ID = 58, ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called
Error loading seed data for IBW_PAGES: PAGE_ID = 59, ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called
Error loading seed data for IBW_PAGES: PAGE_ID = 60, ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called
