Issues while Creating Change Order, add multiple revised items and the Components to the ECO.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Navigation: Development Manager Responsibility

2. Create a Change Order -> select the Type of the Change Order -> Add the respective revised Items and for the associated revised Items add the Components using the Product Workbench -> further promote the ECO Change order and approve the same.

3. Notice the following difference when creating Engineering Change Orders the Structure is created
as a Root Instead of Manufacturing Structure using the public interface ENG_ECO_PUB.PROCESS_ECO
